A method for me to have a certain task that i want allocated to many people without having to duplicate and reassign many times. (Not sharing)

Allow people to indicate whether the task is not started, in progress, on hold (and reason), awaiting feedback, assigned to someone else for input etc.

Possibly allow users to create their own status sets.

On checking off task completion, I would like a dialog option to create a new follow up task and/or add comments regarding completion status. Perhaps there would be an option to mark cancelled as well. Sometimes a task becomes irrellevant or plans change. I would like a place to note that. In the future one may question why a task was never completed, why was it cancelled or specifically what was done by whom.

Currently, tasks can only be repeated daily, weekly, monthly or yearly. It would be helpful if they could also be repeated fortnightly (every two weeks) and quarterly (every 3 months)

I would love the ability to view each days schedule across a whole week, so I can plan all tasks and events for that week.

Imagine, instead of one day the whole week being shown, and the ability to drag tasks/events from day to day across that week. That would make hiTask perfect for me.

Blackberry is the main business phone. An app for this site would be convenient.

Well, almost perfect... since my colleagues DONT speak english well. It would be a GREAT functionality to support other languages, like french (for example). ;)

Large teams are not manageable, the views become too long. An ability to divide the team into a hierarchy, or simply the ability to define sub-teams is needed for larger user groups.

I'd like a single date/time field to let me simply put when a Task is due. Allows me to prioritize before assigning start dates.

such as the start date, end date, or deadline date, even assigned to if possible.

I want to see when all my teammates busy. Like in Google Calendar. To understand if they have free time.

Add the ability to change the color of the project container for each project. Currently, in project view, it's a bit overwhelming to see dozens of blue headers for collapsed projects. Being able to change the color of these containers would make it easier to navigate/organize.

Create reports by month or a specific time period

Some times you need to create a report for the tasks and projects of a specific month, or a specific period of time, we'd love to see that feature!

It would be great if you could import events and tasks from your previous calendar, eg. Google Calendar, so that one can use HiTask exclusively. Preferably as events (or with the ability to choose between task/event). Limiting it to future events would be good, too.

Show sortable list of comments. Allows to view most recent comments / notes/ progress in a single view than having to go into each task to view comments.

I have emails living in my inbox that are related to tasks in HiTask. It would be GREAT if I could drag them over to HiTask, or forward them to a special email address, or something so that they can be part of a task!

There is a google calendar feed. But it is read-only. It would be great to be able to drag/edit these tasks from within google calendar (and see changes back in hitask).

The other way around would it be great to have all my calendars from my google calendar viewable within the hitask calendar. This way I would not have to switch browser tabs to plan my tasks.

Ideal would be both. Otherwise the first would have my preference.
